Your warranty entitles you to the following services.
- Replacement of blown double glazed units up to five years from installation
- Replacement window handles, window locking mechanisms, window hinges and window adjustments up to 12 months from installation
- Replacement door handles, letter boxes, locking mechanisms, locking barrels, hinges and door adjustments up to 12 months from installation
- Frame discolouration and distortion including warping up to 10 years from installation
